RALLY PASS
Price of the Rally Talsi rally pass, available in advance sale till 10th May 2015 (including), is EUR 12.00. The ticket will let fans visit all the stages as well as a Saturday night party organized by Cherry Club in the Talsi Sauleskalns open air stage, with a performance by Roja band.
During the week of the rally, starting from May 11 all the way up to the event on May 16 and 17, the ticket price will be EUR 15.00 EUR.
During the Rally by the entrance of each stage it will be possible to purchase single entrance cards for a particular special stage at the price of EUR 10.00.
For children under the age of 10 and disabled persons attendance of the Rally Talsi stages will be free of charge; the disabled persons are to present a valid ID card or personal identification document to the ticket controller by the entrance to certify their status. However pensioners upon presentation of a valid pensioner’s certificate at the Tourism Information Centre will receive 10 % discount for purchase of one rally pass.

Rally Talsi rally pass will be available for purchase on May 16-17.:
On motorway A10, at poulated place Lībagi.
On motorway A10, at intersection to populated place Pastende.
On motorway P120, heading to Talsi from Riga, before the Talsi rotation circle.
At intersection of motorways P125 and P126.
RULES
By being present in the event area with a valid ticket you approve you have read and accept the following rules:
- ENTRANCE CARD
Purchased entrance cards shall not be exchanged or redeemed. Should the event be cancelled, you shall be refunded for the entrance card by presenting the purchase slip or transfer order.
The spectator shall keep the purchased entrance card and purchase slip (transfer order). Damaged or fake entrance cards and purchase slips or transfer orders thereof shall be deemed invalid and shall not be taken back by the event organiser.
In order to avoid fake entrance cards, please purchase the entrance cards only in the official sales sites listed by the event organiser.
Photocopying and/or further sales of entrance cards, their holograms, armbans or neck bands are strictly prohibited. Any person having purchases fake entrance cards shall bear full risk by himself/ herself.
Use of the event entrance cards for advertising and marketing purposes, draws, campaigns, lotteries and competitions is subject to prior approval from RA EVENTS, SIA (Reg. No. 41203049203).
Spectators present in the event area shall carry a valid entrance card, valid hologram and armband, all of which are checked by the entrance.
The event organiser may check your entrance card, hologram and armband at any time during the event (in the event area) and at the exit.
Where an entrance card, hologram or armband is declared invalid or damaged, the spectator shall immediately leave the event area.
Transfer of the individual entrance card to third persons is strictly prohibited.
- ENVIRONMENT>
Spectators shall be environment-friendly during the event. Waste disposal is restricted to special sites or waste bins.
Please respect the locals, their properties and belongings in the event area.
Spectators are prohibited trampling of the greenery and corn-fields. Observe the „no passing zone” signs.
Do not leave any rubbish behind!
Please take care of the environment!
- SAFETY
For safety purposes spectators may be subject to control of personal belongings at the entrance.
The admission of children under 10 years of age is free. Parents shall bear full responsibility of their minors and their safety.
Weapons, explosives and drugs are prohibited in the event area. Should anything of the aforementioned be found in the event area, security is entitled to confiscation thereof.
The event organiser shall not be held liable for the personal belongings of the spectators.
For safety reasons the event organiser shall have the right to force a spectator to leave the event area, where the behaviour of such spectator is disturbing the event or a threat to the safety and health of other spectators and/or event organiser, or where such spectator violates the event rules or the instructions and directions by the organiser.
The event organiser shall have the right of banning a spectator from the event, if the behaviour of such spectator might be a threat to the safety and health of other spectators and/or event organiser.
- VEHICLES/ PARKING
Please park your vehicle imposing no disturbance to vehicles of other spectators and the organiser.
Please follow the directions by the security staff of the organiser. Do not park your vehicle blocking the Evacuation Road!
The event organiser shall not be held liable for the vehicles parked near or in the event area.
The event organiser shall not be held liable for the vehicles and belongings left in the vehicles, as well as vehicles blocking the Evacuation Road.
- COURSE OF THE EVENT
By being present in the event, the spectator agrees he/she might be on a photo or camera, and that his/her image might be used for commercial or advertising purposes. In such case the person shall have no right to remuneration or copyright.
The event organisers shall have the right to changing the event schedule without prior notice.
Any commercial activity in the event area is subject to prior written approval by the event organiser.
The event organiser shall not be held liable for the quality of food, beverages, etc. sold during the event. The relevant service provider or vendor shall bear full responsibility for the quality of food, beverages, goods or services provided in the event area.
The event organiser shall not be held liable for any injuries of the spectators received during the event.
The event organiser shall not be held liable for damages to the personal belongings of the spectators, or any lost or stolen belongings.
The spectators shall observe all and any rules and instructions announced during the event, but which are not particularly listed herein.
Event – Rally Talsi.
Event area – special stages of the rally, service park, opening / prize-giving area.
Ticket – entry card/ ticket to the rally bearing a valid hologram and a neck band.
Spectators – individuals in the event area carrying valid entry tickets.
SAFETY INFORMATION
The rally organizers pay major attention to the rally safety rules and kindly invite spectators during the rally to follow the instructions of the Safety Service and not to be negligent towards restrictions established during the rally.
During the Latvian Rally Championship all the necessary safety measures are organized in compliance with the provisions of the Latvian Automobile Federation (LAF) and the International Automobile Federation (IAF), as well as in compliance with the requirements established in the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia on the order of organization of events.
Safety and order during the rally will be ensured by several hundreds of safety officers, whose sign of recognition will be yellow waistcoats and identification cards with the title “Security”. During the competition spectators are invited to follow the safety officers’ instructions and not to be negligent towards restrictions established during the rally.
Organizers of the stages of the Latvian Rally Championship invite to choose only safe viewing areas and to respect warning signs and instructions given by the rally official persons. In turns and sections of the track, where presence of spectators is prohibited, warning signs will be placed.
Also in the allowed rally viewing areas spectators are invited to follow the safety rules, beware of the sports cars and not to turn one’s back towards the track.
Reminder: crossing of the track during the rally without the permission of the safety officer is prohibited!
Personal cars may be parked nearby the track access roads only in a manner not to disturb emergency vehicles.
