Domžala: Ralliju "Alūksne" un "Sarma" organizācijas līmenis ir ļoti augsts
36 gadus vecais poļu braucējs Arons Domžala šī gada rallija sezonu sāka Latvijā, izcīnot 2.vietu Alūksnē un 5.vietu rallijā Sarma. Pēdējos gados Domžala startē dažādās rallijreida sacensībās, tai skaitā arī Dakaras rallijā. Viņa labākais rezultāts Dakaras rallijā 3.vieta 2021.gadā Lightweight klasē.

Polish crew wins Rally Sarma overall classification for the first time
On February 7 in Gulbene, the traditional winter Rally Sarma 2026 came to an end. By winning all special stages, the overall victory was convincingly claimed by Polish champion Jakub Matulka together with co-driver Damian Syty, competing in a Škoda Fabia RS Rally2.

What Spectators Need to Know About Rally Sarma 2026
The winter classic Rally Sarma 2026 will fill the snow-covered roads of the Gulbene region with the roar of engines and spectators’ emotions on February 7. As the second round of the season, the event will continue the Latvian Rally Championship, the Latvian Rally Sprint Championship, and the Latvian Historic Rally Car Championship. Rally Sarma 2026 reveals special stages and publishes Spectator Guide
The organizers of Rally Sarma 2026 have revealed the special stages of the winter rally, which will take place on February 7 in the Gulbene region, and have published the official Spectator Guide. The competition format includes three special stages run twice, with the rally concluding with a dedicated final stage that will also serve as the Power Stage.

Sirmacis: Darīsim visu iespējamo un pat neiespējamo, lai izietu uz starta Sarmas rallijā
Diemžēl ar izstāšanos jauno 2026.gada Latvijas rallija čempionāta sezonu iesācis 2025.gada Latvijas un Igaunijas rallija čempions Ralfs Sirmacis, kurš pēc ilgāka laika startēja ar vienu no saviem pirmajiem stūrmaņiem Māri Kulšu. Ja pērn Ralfs Alūksnē izcīnīja 3.vietu absolūti un otro klasē, tad šogad Alūksnes rallijs sākās ar tehnisku neveiksmi jau pirmajā dienā. Lai arī defekts tika novērsts un otrajā dienā Sirmacis bija ātrākais savā klasē, diemžēl sestajā posmā vēlreiz pievīla tehniku, kā rezultātā nācās izstāties.

Turpinās dalībnieku pieteikšanās rallijam ''Sarma'', kas notiks 6.-7.februārī. 6.februārī notiks atklāšana, bet 7.februārī sportistiem būs jāveic septiņi ātrumposmi (97 km). Rallijam pieteikties var līdz 30.janvāra plkst. 18:00.

One of the oldest rally events in the Baltic States – the winter classic Rally Sarma 2026 – has published its supplementary regulations and officially opened competitor registration one month ahead of the Latvian Rally Championship’s second round, which will take place on 7 February in Gulbene Municipality. Interest became evident already in the very first minutes, as brothers Ivars and Andris Velmes announced their participation, planning to start their 2026 season at Rally Sarma with the crowd-favourite Audi Sport Quattro S1 E2. These will also be the first winter rally starts for the crew with this particular car.

Rally Sarma 2026 to Be the Longest in the Past Five Years. (Rally Guide)
One of the oldest rally events in the Baltics, Rally Sarma, widely recognised as one of the most traditional winter rallies in the region, has returned to a gradual increase of special stage mileage following the celebration of its 50th anniversary last year. Rally Sarma 2026, scheduled for 7 February, will see competitors tackle nearly 98 kilometres of special stages, making it the longest edition of the event in the past five years. At the same time, the organisers — Gulbene Auto-Moto — continue to combine the increased distance with the popular one-day rally format appreciated by both competitors and spectators.

2026 Winter events of the Latvian Rally Championship announced
The Rally Commission of the Latvian Automobile Federation has approved the first two events scheduled to take place in the coldest period of 2026. Next year's season will begin with two winter rallies – the new season will start on January 23-24, when the rally "Alūksne" will take place, and is set to continue on February 7, when the traditional winter rally "Sarma" will take place in Gulbene.
