‘I am glad that the festival is back on track. We have known each other for a very long time and the rally is going to be organized for the 11th time. As a result, everything will happen according to the plan, said Alvydas Katinas, the mayor of Utena.

As special stages of the rally will take place in Utena and Molėtai, the main heads of regions participated in the meeting.

‘We invite people to mark the last weekend of January in their calendars as busy. After last year’s event cancelation in the last moment, we are still eager to organize Halls Winter Rally. It is going to be an unforgettable festival for both local people from Utena and Molėtai and guests. We are doing our best to fulfill the expectations, said Vanagas.

Local people and festival guests will a have a great opportunity to watch rally battles and enjoy their time at the fan zone. Halls Winter Rally will finish with the gala concert in Utena multifunctional sports center.

Halls Winter Rally 2016 was canceled due to bad conditions of special stages at the last minute. Despite the fact, organizers of the festival made a remarkable present for the people – a concert of a very well known Lithuanian singer Monika Linkytė.
