Clarifications about rally gravel tyres
Clarifications have been made to the models, sizes and compounds of “MRF Tyres” rally gravel tyres permitted for the registered crews of the Latvian Rally Championship, which will be in effect starting with the third stage of the 2026 Season, rally “Kurzeme”, scheduled for May 29-30.

LAF Rallija komisijas Biedru sapulcē ievēlēta jauna Padome
Ceturtdien, 2026. gada 23. aprīlī, Rīgā, Biķernieku trases biroja ēkā notika atkārtotā Latvijas automobiļu federācijas Rallija komisijas Biedru sapulce, kurā notika arī Padomes priekšsēdētāja un tās locekļu vēlēšanas. Par padomes priekšsēdētāju nākamajam četru gadu termiņam vienbalsīgi tika apstiprināts Raimonds Strokšs.

‘Rally Kurzeme’ Returns!
After a longer break, ‘Rally Kurzeme’ is making its return to the Latvian Rally Championship (LRC), opening the 2026 rally summer season. Although rally events of various formats – including World Rally Championship (WRC) – have regularly taken place on the roads of Kurzeme under different names, this year marks the comeback of the well-known and much-loved ‘Rally Kurzeme’ for Latvian and Baltic motorsport fans, featuring two days of competition in its legendary special stages.

Ņemot vērā, ka 2026. gada 31. martā notikušajā Biedru sapulcē nebija kvoruma, 2026. gada 23. aprīlī tiek sasaukta atkārtota LAF Rallija komisijas padomes Biedru sapulce.
