In early May, the organizers of the "Võru Rally" in Estonia announced that they would not be able to organize the Estonian Rally Championship event scheduled for June 7th and 8th. The competition was also planned to be a round of the Latvian Rally Championship, serving as the first of the summer rallies following the winter events "Rally Alūksne" and "Rally Sarma." Consequently, changes to the neighboring country's calendar were also considered by the LAF Rally Commission, which decided to maintain the event in Estonia, organizing it alongside the "Delfi Rally Estonia" taking place in the vicinity of Otepää on July 5th to 7th.

With "Delfi Rally Estonia" being a three day event, the competitors from all groups participating in the Latvian Rally Championship are planned to challenge special stages only on July 5th and 6th.

The remaining stages of the Latvian Rally Championship (LRČ) remains unchanged – "Rallijs Cēsis" will take place at the beginning of August, followed by "Paide Rally" in Estonia two weeks later, while the concluding round is scheduled for September in Lithuania at "Samsonas Rally Utena".

The calendar for the Latvian Historic Rally Car Cup (VRK) and the Latvian Rallysprint Cup (RSK) remains unchanged for the 2024 season.
