‘We inspected the special stages last weekend. The conditions are good. To improve the conditions of special stages even more,  we will start the preparation of the roads tomorrow, the snow will be cleaned and the cold will do the rest’, Halls Winter Rally Director Ramūnas Kliunka said.

Participants on Friday and Saturday will have to complete „Vostok Europe” (SS 1-5), utenainfo.lt (SS 2-4), shop.pitlane.lt (SS 3-6) special stages on night and „GF Autolizingas” (SS 7-9), infomoletai.lt (SS 8-11) and „Toyota C-HR” (SS 10-12) special stages on day period. The total length – 422 km, from which 114 – special stages.

Special stages – jumps and crests, T-shaped intersections, sharp turns and wavy landscapes, fast straights. More information about each special stage – on official rally website www.hallswinterrally.lt/en/competitors/maps/

The most action of the rally may be seen from Halls Festival Town. During 7, 9, 10, 12 special stages spectators can watch the racing drivers without pauses. Great part of the special stages and extreme turns could be seen from the Festival town.

Halls Festival Town can be easily reached from the road Utena-Kuktiškės (nr. 111). Driving from Vilnius A14 road, one will need to take turn to Kuktiškės. The road will be marked with special signs.

People will have a great opportunity to warm near the fire, taste delicious meals and listen to the newest information about the race results. The festival goers will have an opportunity to compete in tire slalom, rope pulling, competitions of rugby balls and horseshoe throwing, to play disc golf.

For the first time, Kids Entertainment Area will be located in the Festival Town. In the heated tent the little winter lovers will participate in a picture contest, play darts, enjoy 3D glasses. Outside, the kids will have a pony to ride, sledge dog show to watch, a program of the Robotics school to acquaint with and participate in an extraordinary show of chemics.

Halls Winter Rally  will have a splendid finish with an extraordinary concert. A free concert of a charismatic and famous singer Vaidotas Baumila will be held at Utena Multifunctional Arena on 28th of January, after the awards of rally winners.
