Rally Talsi Tickets now available
Starting today, it is possible to buy tickets to the Latvian Rally Championship event Rally Talsi or, as it is also known, the Rally of Champions. Until May 10, the ticket prices are 12.00 EUR, and will let fans see all the stages taking place on May 16 and 17, where rally drivers will battle for points in not only the Latvian, but Lithuanian and Northern European Zone championships as well.
Rally Talsi ticket prices have not changed from last year and those who buy it before (or on) May 10 will have to pay 12.00 EUR. During the week of the rally, from May 11 all the way up to the event on May 16 and 17, the ticket price will be 15.00 EUR. The ticket will let fans visit all the stages as well as a Saturday night party organized by Cherry Club in the Talsi Sauleskalns open air stage, with a performance by Roja band.
During the rally, at the entrance of each stage, it will be possible to buy single stage tickets for 10.00 EUR. Rally Talsi stages can be attended for free by children up to 10 years of age and people with disabilities, if they show a valid disability certificate and a valid ID at the entrance of the stage. Retirees will get a 10% discount on ticket prices if they show a valid retiree certificate when buying tickets in one of the Tourism information centres.
“When making the rally itinerary, we are always looking to balance classic Rally Talsi values with something new with which to attract the fans. I believe that this year we have found a great compromise, as the rally will contain the legendary Strazde stage and some completely new roads, the technical nature of which is sure to be a challenge for every competitor! The rally program also includes the fan favourite Talsi city stage, as well as the CVS parallel stage, which was last used in Talsi three years ago. I hope that the fans will use the opportunity to buy the tickets in advance, and begin their summer rally season in Talsi!” says Raimonds Strokšs, the director of RA EVENTS.

We would also like to remind that Rally Talsi will host the fourth event of the Latvian Rally Championship, and take place on May 16 and 17. As mentioned previously, Rally Talsi will be an international rally this year, with the Lithuanian Rally Championship, Northern European Zone (NEZ) Rally Championship and NEZ Junior Rally Championship also having one of their events here. More than 20 crews from Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus and Russia have already registered for the rally. More information about Rally Talsi is available on the official website at rallytalsi.lv.
